Add nuclear models in physics list

What's Missing: Nuclear Physics

To simulate nuclear reactions (hadronic interactions, nuclear elastic/inelastic scattering, ion interactions), you need to add hadronic physics constructors such as:

G4HadronElasticPhysics - for hadron nuclear elastic scattering

G4HadronPhysicsFTFP_BERT or similar - for hadron-nucleus inelastic physics using models like Bertini cascade (BERT), Binary cascade (BIC), or FRITIOF (FTF)

G4IonPhysics - for ion interactions

G4HadronElasticPhysicsHP - for high-precision neutron physics below 20 MeV

These nuclear models handle processes like neutron capture, fission, spallation, and fragment production that G4EmStandardPhysics does not address
