Midi Device Support

Hi! Is it possible to give this emulator the "midiin" assignments which you can do usually via the commandline when launching mame using the -listmidi and -midiin flags?

I would like to run an emulation of a sound module (Yamaha MU50) and when I launch mame on the computer, I usually use -listmidi and -midiin to list and assign my first available midi device to control the module.

Next to that, I know it's probably impossible, but how difficult would the implementation of a piano overlay be (to replace the arcade overlays).
