Support two LTS versions #63
Description
According to node.js Release Schedule, the current LTS version is now >= 10.12.x and the old 8.x is switched to maintenance mode.
As not everyone will be keen to update to 10.x and 8.x still receives security updates until end of 2019, it might make sense to support something like old-lts, lts and current.
