tpf-udp-proxy: clear expired connections

Each time two tpf-clients establish an audio connection through the proxy, an entry to a lookup table is made so that the proxy knows which endpoints are connected. Those entries are never purged which means that the lookup tables keeps growing over time until the proxy is restarted.
