feat(general): When opening external link show popup #76
Description
Currently we have some links (connected issues) that open in openpledge app and others (not connected issues) that open in Github -> for this exact example is kinda confusing for user to switch apps all the time.
I am not sure yet what is the best solution for this use case... I was thinking on introducing a popup "You are leaving openpledge" -> same one you get when you click on a link on social network - I think Linkedin has something similar.
However maybe it would make the most sense, that always when you click on github icon we open Github page of that issue/user/repo/whatever .. and when you click on name (or any other place marked as link) you are redirected inside openpledge.
