fix(avatar): Avatar display is not consistent #80
Description
Avatar should by default be taken from Github - if such authentication occured.
If not the avatar is initials of users name.
If user wants to change avatar he/she can do that in profile (currently we have limit of file upload set to 1MB?) -> fix error display -> currently we get Entity to large ugly error.
