Hi, thank you for your feedback. We agree, although we cannot apply a general solution for this. Each source must implement dynamic filtering/ordering on it own. We do have plans to fix this for the core sources, such as Articles/Posts and others. An alternative is to use Dynamic Conditions from our Access Addon, which would work on the elements and only recommended/performant if the collection is small. |

Yootheme Pro dynamic content is GREAT but can be quite a bit frustrating because it lacks somewhat "basic" dynamic conditions.
For example, being able to create dynamic grids, lists, slideshows and galeries containing all items of a certain type except the one that is actually being displayed. For example, on a product page, to display all the OTHER products from the same category.
Another example, using relation between items (could be Zoo Related Items or Zoolanders Related Items Pro, or anything of that type), being able to display all the items that have at least one active related item (published / available). For example, a list of brands that will display only the logos of brands that actually have products available on the website. When all products of a particular brand are out of stock, the brand disappears. When any product is back in stock, the logo automatically reappears. Could be for available destinations on a travel agency website, a certain type of house on a real estate agency website, artists when they have tour dates available…
