Fixes to default custom layer

Note: this unbinds auto_indent_line_at_cursor in favor of word_complete_prev

There are 2 PRE commits in 4coder_qol which weren't included, but could be if there's an interest

• PRE - mouse commands need to be in the rectangle
• PRE - close_panel no-op's on last non-passive

The only time they'd be relevant for the current build of 4cc is the built in tutorial
When clicking inside the tutorial window, the next active view will scroll,
and when closing all active views, the tutorial becomes the only active view

These may be needed if we ever plan on doing anything interesting with passive views
For 4coder_qol, this would be its bview, and tab bar

Might also be worth considering having floats in .4coder files
