Upgrade React version to 16 and other changes

Hi,

I forked your project and I made some changes.
First of all, I updated the project with the React 16 version and I changed React component files.

What's new:

• You don't need to use the .reactclirc to generate a new component in an existing project;
• Use package.json to run the project;
• React updated to 16 version;
• Component generate (parent or child) updated to the new React version;
• The .react extension removed;
• The react init now creates a /public folder (React 16).
