It looks like this would populate an environment dashboard, but it doesn't create the dashboard view? I suggest we need it to create a view. Also, when an environment is created, should it add the env build version to the dashboard as well? |

The view is added in the Jenkins image at the root of the jobs, but it would make sense to add one at a project level as well - especially if the plugin stops being global. Regarding the PR itself, can the commits be squashed please? Also, I think the environment name should be namespaced against the workspace and project. |
