fix: fix localhost images

[timkim]

This fix involves setting the path of images served locally properly. Previously images were always retrieved from the raw github url so images must be uploaded first in order to view. This fix combined with the runtime connector fix here: aemsites/devsite-runtime-connector#75

To test:

• run the content repo in local dev mode: https://github.com/AdobeDocs/dev-docs-reference
• run the connector repo with the branch fix in local dev mode: https://github.com/aemsites/devsite-runtime-connector/tree/local-dev-images
• run the code repo with the branch fix in local dev mode: https://github.com/AdobeDocs/adp-devsite/tree/local-dev-images

Navigate to:

• http://localhost:3000/dev-docs-reference/blocks/image/ and ensure the images look ok there
• http://localhost:3000/dev-docs-reference/blocks/superhero/halfwidth/with-background-image and ensure the images for the super hero with images look ok there too
