Fix Vercel API Crash and Update UI Text #44

This commit addresses two issues: 1. A `JsonDecodingException` was thrown when using Vercel-hosted models. This was caused by an attempt to use the Google Generative AI SDK with the Vercel API endpoint. This has been fixed by implementing a separate API call path in `ScreenCaptureService.kt` that uses `OkHttpClient` to make direct, correctly-formatted requests to the Vercel Chat Completions API, including proper handling for multimodal (image) data. 2. The informational text on the main menu screen has been updated to include details about Vercel model pricing and other model-specific information as per the user's request.
