This PR cleans some old remnants from LEETMOUSE for the arch package.
I also added a yeetmouse-gui package, that installs the gui to /usr/bin.
The yeetmouse meta-packages purpose is in preparation for an aur release, so people will be able to just do a
yay -Sy yeetmousefor installation of the driver & gui andsudo pacman -R yeetmousefor their uninstallationI renamed the make target "package" to "pkgarch" and rewrote the Readme so people can from now on just use
make pkgarchinstead of running the helper scripts directly.
