Basically, manually set back status to active when re-inviting and also send back flag to determine chain of events through projections.
I opted to 'remove' entirely users who where 'removed by admins' that hadn't yet accepted their invites to avoid password confusion. Though an antipattern for this project, I felt it was similar to how a job draft provides no value of being stored until a job is created from it.
After review will bump versioning for npm.
