API for babbler project

Prerequisites

• Docker and Docker Compose
• Node.js v22+ (for local development only)

Running with Docker

1. Create .env file

2. Build container

docker-compose build

3. Start the containers

docker-compose up -d

4. The service is now available at http://localhost:3333

Formatting and Linting

Maintain code quality by running:

# Format code with Prettier
npm run format

# Check formatting without making changes
npm run format:check

# Run ESLint to find code issues
npm run lint

# Run TypeScript type checking
npm run typecheck

# Run all checks at once
npm run check
