added prelimitary support for ubuntu 25 and 26

a possible bugfix is to provide an updated ROOT build for newer rhel platforms instead of using the one for centos-7 @sportokalidis can you send me the script for building the ROOT prerequisite? |

Hi everyone,
I have just ported biodynamo to red hat based platforms in an easy way on the bases of porting to debian based platforms.
Tested on fedora 43 (the latest beta) for now it will be bug fixed and ready to merge.
