Q: Where a=total number of interactions, p=number of interactions when only Physical is selected, and g=number of interactions when only Genetic interactions are selected. Shouldn't g+p=a?

A: Not always, g+p=a is only guaranteed to be true if Include Interactor Interactions is not checked.
