This commit refactors the AmazonQ integration by simplifying the installer logic and updating the documentation to reflect the changes. The CLI commands for managing AmazonQ servers have been streamlined, and the example script has been removed.

This change renames the `install-amazonq` command to `mcp-json` to better reflect its functionality. The command now generates MCP server configuration JSON for AmazonQ instead of directly installing it. This provides more flexibility and aligns with the typical workflow of copying generated configuration. The documentation and code have been updated accordingly.
