GAUD-9420: try downgrading to Playwright 1.57.0

Ok, have re-run the unit tests 10 times and these are the results:

• 6 passes
• 1 timeout of the job (weird runner flake I think)
• 3 failures, with this as the only failed test:

  d2l-alert-toast > button-press > should fire "d2l-alert-toast-button-press" event when alert button is pressed (failed on Webkit)
  

Much better than what we were seeing on main yesterday, but it also seems to better this morning. So could have also been weird runner issues that GitHub improved. Will keep watching.
