* v3.4.1 of invenio-files-rest depends on `fs` which depends on `setuptools`, but `fs` has been unmaintained for a while so a new major version of `setuptools` that (for some reason) is allowed by the version specifiers in `fs` has broken it. * This is fixed in v4.0.0 of invenio-files-rest by getting rid of the `fs` dependency, but we need to switch to the new v14.0.0b5.* of invenio-app-rdm. So for now I am simply locking setuptools to the last known working version, and we should get rid of this later.
