- cmake must be run before other eclipse steps or no projects will be found and import will not work. - The CUDA toolkit linked in the setup instructions (i.e. the current version) no longer contains standalone Eclipse Nsight edition. I wasn't sure if using the new paradigm (Eclipse with Nsight plugins) is the new recommendation, but I've included updates to the steps here if so. - filled out debugging steps for Eclipse. It's not as well featured as the VS route, but I've added the closest approximation I could with my current familiarity.
