docs: rewrite getting started guide

• Rewrite the Getting started docs to describe two routes - clone an example using giget or manual setup
• Update the Building for production guide to match up to the changes made to the Getting started example app
• Add a Deployment guide for deploying to Azure Container Apps
• Add an About section to the main README
• Fix some general grammatical inconsistencies
