From the nano meeting: Jason would prefer csv files to hold the scale-factors, rather than root files. The data should live in nanoData, and get pulled in at the same time as this PR. CPLUOS/nanoData#1 |

I made a loader of lepton trigger & ID SF root file. Using this, we can read the SF root files directly. Also,
mergeSFroots.pymerges SF root files if there are several SF root files for each periods (see [1]).Currently, only single lepton channel part in Run2016 is contained. Data for Run2017 will be added someday. Btw, the root files (see d4531d3) are added for test, but if a pull request on
