Adds the "inspect-tx" command that allows to see all touched contracts and their changed storage slots as well as emitted events in a given transaction.
For each contract, a project configuration can be added to the config file that will be used to compile the contract, compare the bytecode and decode storage slots.
If no such configuration is present, the command simply outputs the undecoded storage slots and events.
