- await missing in prod server - excess try/catch in dev server.
- Fixes banding artifacts from integer conversion at edge cases.
- Only grabs areas that exist - Regions beyond the bounds of the volume are set to 0.

Addresses
Also fixes an issue where data could be automatically converted to integer values from float, depending on cloudvolume values. This created significant artifacts from overflow values in certain cases. Now saves to 16 bit float automatically.
