Added keybindings to raise and lower the brightness using the brightnessctl command. This allows users to easily adjust the brightness of their screen by 25% increments. The brightness control keybindings are mapped to the XF86MonBrightnessUp and XF86MonBrightnessDown keys. Resolves: #123
