Hello!
This PR creates the initial UI for the String Algorithm Visualizer, as discussed in Issue #13.
Built the UI with a light theme to match the rest of the site's design.
Includes a gradient header card and white content cards for the inputs and visualization area.
The layout is responsive and ready for the algorithm logic to be added later.
Here is a screenshot of the final UI:
