Hello!
This PR adds the "Step Explanation" component to the String Visualizer page, as discussed in Issue #42.
The new card is styled to match the existing UI of the other visualizer pages.
It includes placeholder text for "Current Operation," "What's Happening," and "Algorithm Info."
The UI is now complete and ready for the visualization logic to be added in a future task.
