fix(upload): request OIDC token after creating profile archive#170

OIDC tokens have a short lifetime (5min for Github Actions). If creating the profile archive takes more than 5 minutes, the upload will fail because the OIDC token will be expired.For example, see: https://github.com/KontorProtocol/Kontor-Crypto/actions/runs/20217082252/job/58031917154
