In this project, I built a fully semantic HTML form for the Form Controls project. It collects the customer’s name, email, chosen t‑shirt colour, and size using validated inputs and required fields. The form meets all acceptance criteria, uses no CSS or JavaScript, and achieves a 100 Lighthouse Accessibility score.
