this.setState({tmp_state2 : true })는 componentDidMount에서 선언해줌과 동시에 초기화해주는 함수인 것이고(현재 상태를 true로 바꿔주는), shouldComponentUpdate에서 다시 불러오는 것인가요?

네! shouldComponentUpdate를 실행하기 위해 tmp_state2를 true로 초기화했습니다.
