Currently, the Cumulative only accepts constant inputs which can be limiting when modelling.
This PR aims to allow variable durations, resource usages, and capacity. Time-tabling can then be seen as taking the best-case scenario and checking whether propagation could take place in that case. In the future, we might want to extend this behaviour to propagate the processing times and/or resource usages.
