Add a migration that modifies the ji_insert_playback_plugin_data_to_activity_table procedure to correctly set the NowPlayingItemId and NowPlayingItemName.
My library setup is rather simple with Movies, Shows, and Anime so it would probably be worth having someone who has other library types like music videos to make a backup and test this out.
