Description
Added a retry mechanism for the
ocitoolcommands: Now we are retrying theCopy Content3 times instead of 1.This PR is a fix for: https://app.datadoghq.com/incidents/37491
used the lib github.com/sethvargo/go-retry
Validation
Currently testing it on the big DataDog repo. Not sharing the details since this PR is in a public repo
