Enhance UI, add reset button, step value feature, and add README

This pull request introduces several improvements:

1. UI Enhancements:

   • Updated the background color and button styles for a more modern look.
   • Improved font styles and sizes for better readability.

2. New Features:

   • Added a reset button to reset the counter to zero.
   • Introduced a step input field to allow the user to specify the increment/decrement step value.

3. Accessibility Improvements:

   • Added aria labels to buttons and input fields to improve accessibility for screen readers.

These changes enhance the user experience and functionality of the counter application.

Additionally, I have included a README file that provides an overview of the project, its structure, and how to get started. The README also includes a screenshot of the application.
