The shared-folder feature was disabled because in the previous versions of CentOS vagrant image rsync was not present and each vagrant up was trying to install rsync. In the latest version of CentOS vagrant basebox rsync is preinstalled.
* Added new role - common * Install docker-py and pip on all nodes * Added Makefile for executing common tasks.
Added documentation for Ubuntu latest release.
* Updated site.yml with new role names * Modified the name `swarm_master` to `swarm_manager` * Updated inventory with 3 swarm managers
