Updated Keycloak and APISIX service configurations to match the production environment, enabling more accurate development.

  • Upgraded Keycloak to version 26.4.5, but kept the original realm export, which is compatible with the newer version
  • Added request rate limiting, consumer keys, status codes, etc. to dummy routes created by the APISIX setup script
  • Also added detailed instructions for using the API Management Tool to manage APISIX configuration instead of the setup script
  • Added some documentation for Keycloak custom theme
