  • Unified the rust crates in src/rust/ with a top-level Cargo.toml to define a workspace.
  • Added a fairly standard action that runs cargo build and cargo test, adding cargo dependency caching as well as a checking both linux and macos.
  • The action ran successfully on my fork.
