Reference the README in the ode directory

If patch is not setup correctly, you may get errors in the GUI that look like: ../QtVR/src/CapBody.cpp:1093: error: 'dJointSetUniversalAnchor1Rel' was not declared in this scope

To get the libraries to work together, run the following terminal command from ode: ~/Lab/opende$ sudo ldconfig
