Expanded Milestone 1 and Milestone 2 with detailed technical specifications focused on on-chain utility and user experience integration. Milestone 1 now includes individual contract responsibilities (Registry, Grid Service, Token, Governance), deployment strategy, and testing plans using Ink! and Substrate. Milestone 2 includes full-stack dApp implementation details with smart contract integration via Polkadot.js API, component-level features, and test coverage plans.
