• .github/hooks 디렉토리를 만들어 디렉토리에 내에 pre-commit 파일을 작성하였습니다.
• .gitconfig 파일을 통해 설정하였습니다.
• .pre-commit-config.yaml, build-check.sh, check-commit-message.sh를 삭제하였습니다.
