This PR brings full compatibility for Zotero 8 and includes several changes from community contributions (#8, #16, and #33). The version number is set to 2.2.
A user-controllable strategy has been implemented for handling items with missing DOIs. Title-based searching is now an optional fallback that can be enabled in the settings. The plugin now automatically identifies and removes unnecessary citation data from the "extra" field.
The extension icon has been redesigned to a Z-shape using Crossref-inspired colors, ensuring it is visually distinct from official branding while remaining recognizable.
