Updating to release 0.5.0

One step towards #195

Changes tested:

• framework_lib/src/esrt/mod.rs
  • Tested by framework_tool --esrt can recognize the GUIDs on Linux
• framework_lib/src/commandline/mod.rs
  • framework_tool --capsule EFI_Update/winux.bin can recognize Type: Windows UX capsule
• framework_lib/src/capsule.rs
  • framework_tool --capsule EFI_Update/winux.bin --dump dump.bin can dump the embedded image
  • cargo test succeeds.

@aokblast if you like you can test on FreeBSD if it still works.

From my side all ok, @kurtlawrence if you like you can create a new release of guid-create.
