I was having an issue where the date picker was closing but not populating the time using this component in an AG-Grid popup cell editor. This is because the
[panelClass]on thengx-mat-datetime-pickercomponent was only applying to thengx-mat-calendarcomponent so this just adds the same panel class to the time picker section of the component.
