Added a check in CMakeLists.txt to see if the user has set
-rdynamicor-Wl,--export-dynamic. If so, we shouldn't apply-fvisibility=hiddenwhich will override the user setting. This is the fix we need for using GAMBIT on LUMI, since then we can simply add-DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-rdynamic"to our cmake command.This PR is just to check that the CI jobs run OK. Will merge once they do.
