Перенаправление ввода и вывода в файлы -- универсальный навык. Не совсем понятно, зачем дублировать его в интерпретаторе.
Но предположим, что это будет аргументировано. Тогда (1) комментарий к поведению в коде и (2) нужно рассказать про это улучшение в конце readme.md и readme.ru.md.

Почему желаемое поведение при ошибке -- читать из какого-то другого места?
Если я как пользователь ввожу неправильные аргументы -- я ожидаю, что мне скажут, что они неправильные, а не спокойно продолжат работать с чем-то, чего я не просил.
