Fixes and test added

I added some fixes for example for headings processing. I also added some unit tests.

@nicopaez - Thanks for the updates and tests. Since we use this fork for a very special purpose (converting html from a wysiwyg editor to texttile so it will look better in FB posts and email), it may make more sense to submit your changes to the original repository by @jystewart. I just can't guarantee that this branch will not get further contaminated with our special needs.

I'm happy to take pull requests, but don't use the library myself any more so haven't been updating it. If someone else would like to take over ownership I'd be happy to hand it over.
