Summary

This PR resolves build failures and dependency conflicts in the Employer Panel frontend.

Changes

Fixed react-scripts and dependency compatibility issues
Stabilized React and build tooling versions
Resolved webpack/AJV errors
Cleaned ESLint warnings and unused code
