Goal: Verify guard presence by sending GPS coords to backend before check-in/out
Captures latitude/longitude/timestamp at action time
Calls verification endpoint with shiftId (+ action if required)
Success → proceed + ✅ message
Failure → block + ❌ message (+ reason if provided)
UI updates instantly in Shift Details / Calendar / Home
Tested: success + failure + no stuck loading
