Fixed the wrong values in the SET_PIN gcode commands, which set the fans not at the same speeds as said above.

Fixed the wrong values in the
SET_PINgcode commands, which set the fans not at the same speeds as said above. Now set to 80% and 40% for the toolhead fan and the side fan respectively, as mentioned above.
